For a long time, I did what was safe and comfortable. Everything changed the day my plane suddenly dropped 20 feet in the sky and I was afraid I wouldn't make it home, I asked myself, "If this plane goes down, can I honestly say that I am happy with my life?"

The answer was 'hell no'.

I wasn't pursuing my dreams or doing what I loved. I was an unhappy attorney who switched careers and ended up traveling 4 days out of the week, with zero time for myself.

Instead of having a career that filled me up, I felt drained. Instead of surrounding myself with a significant other and friends who lifted me up, I was in a relationship where I no longer knew who I was.

All of that changed when I walked into a room of 75 people and felt right at home at the front of the room. That's when I realized that I had been hiding my talents: connecting people, helping individuals understand their strengths and making people feel seen, heard, and understood.

As a corporate trainer and certified life coach, I learned how to claim my voice. I said no to everyone and everything that made me feel powerless.  I tapped into my super powers, and stopped hiding behind fear and perfection. I helped hundreds of women leaders do the same.

And now I'm ready to help you.

That's why I created Sisterlift.

Sisterlift is an inspirational community of like-minded professional women who are making a shift in their life and can support you on your journey.

Sisterlift is a community where you can be inspired to recharge, tap into your own super powers, and create organic friendships.

Sisterlift embraces your dreams and goals and surrounds you with women who are not looking to compete with who you are and what you want for yourself. Instead, they are here to lift you up, inspire you to dream bigger and reveal your best self.

Why Sisterlift?

For years, I focused on helping women attract love and helping women grow as leaders. I even published a book called "The Gift of Past Relationships and created a card game based on relationship scenarios (The Game of Scenarios). But I found that whether it was in love or their career, women were hiding behind fear and perfection.

I was coaching women who were accustomed to playing down their greatness, in their personal and professional lives. They were afraid to be great, afraid to be turned down, afraid they didn't have all of the required skills, afraid of stepping out of their comfort zone. Unless they were guaranteed that everything would be perfect, they wouldn't put themselves out there.

Perfection and fear are manifestations of wanting to stay comfortable. And that is why I launched Sisterlift, to help women go from comfortable to courageous. Comfort guarantees more of the same. Courage empowers you to create a life or career that allows for more happiness and genuine connections.

What Do I Believe?

  • I believe that every single one of us does something better than anyone else; We just have to find out what that is.

  • I believe that fear and perfection are dream "stallers."

  • I believe that choosing the right friendships are just as important as choosing the right relationship. They both can either build us up or break us down.

  • I believe that our past teaches us what we like, what we don't like, and what we want to stay away from. Without embracing your past, you can't get to who you were born to become.

  • I believe that we all have a purpose. Some of us have a path that leads us right to it. And some of us choose a path that winds around, has a few twists and turns, and may not have flashing lights to point us in the right direction. is there.

  • I believe that without getting to know who we are, what we love, and what fills us up, we won't choose the right people or careers for us.
