Executive coaching empowers you to grow your leadership and management skills. Whether you are looking to advance your current leadership skills or grow into a new leadership position, I partner with you to allow you to focus, gain clarity, and take action. 

Executive coaching clients are serious about growth and development.  Clients, and/or their organizations, invest in coaching for at least three months of coaching and can choose to extend the coaching for up to a year.

We also utilize leadership assessments to enable us to hit the ground running and ensure that we have a clear method to identify the skills you would like to develop or strengthen.

What assessments do you use?

I use 360 Feedback Tools, EQI 2.o Emotional Intelligence and Gallup Clifton Strengths (formerly strength finders).
